The Terps prove to be too much for the Buckeyes

Ohio State loses their fourth straight game.

The Ohio State Buckeyes dropped their fourth straight game tonight 75-61 to Maryland.

Maryland has now won seven straight in their quest for a Big Ten Championship.

Junior guard Anthony Cowan Jr. was too much for the Buckeyes as he led the Terrapins with 20 points.

Ohio State sophomore center Kaleb Wesson started hot.

He scored the first couple buckets after grabbing an offensive rebound but the Maryland big men Bruno Fernando and Jalen Smith adjusted quickly.

Wesson was held to only seven points for the rest of the game. He would finish with 11 points on the night.

The Buckeyes would see a spark from freshman guard Duane Washington as he scored 14 points off the bench.

As for freshman guard Luther Muhammad he was held to just 2 points.

The Buckeyes are struggling to find their groove. With a lot of season left the Buckeyes must find away to get back in the win column and find some additional scoring as Kaleb Wesson continues to struggle.

Next the Buckeyes take on a Carsen Edwards led Purdue team this Wednesday.
